Provide administrative support to an executive level VP.
Schedule meetings, catering, travel and transportation.
Providing Events support – set up all aspects of business development events.
Prepare meeting rooms, appointments and coordinate schedules.
Greet customers and clients prior to meetings.
Utilize Microsoft Office, Word and excel for presentations and calendars.
SAP, SharePoint knowledge and PowerPoint presentation creation experience.
Maintain conference room schedules and office supply.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative role dealing with Sr. Leadership
Must have Customer Relations experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience in SAP and SharePoint is preferred
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
