About the role

Danegreen Investments has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to help deliver our maintenance contracts.

As a Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will:

Manage the maintenance help desk
Organise/schudule relevant trades
Manage and coordinate all reactive tasks and help desk system updates.
Assist in compiling monthly and periodic reports.
Manage stores ensuring that spares and consumables are ordered, maintained and secure including the furniture stores and replacement of furniture;
Deputise for the Technical Services Supervisor.
Assist in the co-ordination of subcontractors.
Provide administrative support in raising purchase orders and goods receipting invoices.
Routine testing and inspection of building sytems and maintenance programmes.
Comply with the project Health and Safety Management System.


The ability to work on own initiative.
The ability and willingness to learn new skills and absorb training.
Completed a recognised apprenticeship, or recognised trade sill training or other relevant maintenance approved training.
