We are committed to delivering the highest levels of quality and service to our clients across all sectors, always challenging and embracing new ideas, methods and technologies. Our approach has created a reputation for delivering high quality sustainable buildings as referenced by a vast number of awards for design and workmanship.
To ensure consistency of delivery we operate a vigorous management system that contains processes and procedures complying with ISO 9001; 2015 and have been regularly audited by the BSI since the mid 90's.
Our staff are directly employed with many coming through our in-house apprenticeship / training programme to gain vocational or professional qualifications in their chosen field of expertise.
We rely heavily upon our site management teams and the craftsmen we employ; they have a wealth of practical experience covering the full range of construction methods and techniques. We are proud of our team of Site Managers as the leaders on each site and work hard to ensure they are afforded the time to ensure quality standards are achieved and timetables adhered to whilst providing training to the less experienced.
We use an internal intranet to share good ideas and regular Site Manager get-togethers are used to discuss new areas of methodology/techniques along with site visits to demonstrate good practice.
We maintain our awareness of constant changes to construction methods and standards within the industry, aiming to continuously improve by measuring and evaluating our progress relative to National Industry Standards utilising Constructing Excellence Key Performance Indicators.
